How we’ll work together
I offer a non-judgmental space in which we will work together to better understand your difficulties, find relief from harmful repetitive patterns, and create a more fulfilling life.
I tailor therapy to the needs of each individual. My style is traditionally referred to as “talk therapy”. I have training in a broad range of approaches including psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-related work. Therapy with me is collaborative and results-oriented, with the ultimate goal of long-lasting and meaningful change.
We will speak openly about how the process is going along the way. At times, we might make adjustments depending upon what is and is not working.

I understand that entering into therapy often comes with substantial anxiety about how the process will work. If you're unsure that therapy is right for you, that's ok - we can figure that out together when we meet.
You don’t need to know exactly what you want before starting therapy. That’s part of the work we’ll do together.
