What I treat:
I work with young adults and college students aged 18-35.
Many patients come to me when they are feeling lost, overwhelmed, stuck, or unfulfilled. Some are struggling to adjust to adulthood or questioning what they want from life. Some are experiencing difficulties in work and/or relationships. We work together to discover what’s underlying these challenges and to find relief.
I can support you in addressing a wide array of challenges and symptoms, including:
Anxiety
Depression
Relationship challenges
Low self-esteem
Disordered eating
Life transitions
School and career-related stress
LGBTQIA+ issues
Difficult family dynamics
Issues related to sex and sexuality
Services:
I offer 45-minute sessions to help people understand and resolve their difficulties. We will collaborate to decide on the frequency of our sessions depending upon your needs.
I offer both in-person appointments in a private, comfortable office in Midtown Manhattan as well as virtual appointments on a telehealth platform.
I have a graduate degree from New York University and have done post-graduate training at the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center and New York Psychoanalytic Society & Institute.
I have experience working in both private practice and clinic settings with adults, young adults, and college students.
